- Served as backend developer for the National Collection Transparency System, a flagship institutional platform that monitors, tracks, and enforces timely collection inputs and remittances from LGUs and state agencies.
- Designed and built a web-based Daily Time Record system for internal department tracking, featuring session persistence and PDF batch-printing utilities.
- Ran live system demonstrations and stakeholder onboarding for LGUs across Biliran and the entire province of Leyte, folding user feedback back into backend requirements.

I implemented the data logic that surfaces reporting discrepancies — making missing or delayed public funds traceable — and optimized validation routines to securely handle multi-agency inputs through regional rollout and live demonstrations.
